Remedy has confirmed that his unannounced game project along with Epic Games "has gone into full production." This is the game that some believe is Alan Wake 2, after the recovery of Alan Wake by Remedy in 2019 and the announcement last year that the next game in the "Remedy Connected Universe" was already in process. Remedy said in the same message to investors that they are still in "full production mode" in their second game without warning of smaller scale.
Epic Games fully funded the project with Remedy, we found out last year, so it probably means that Epic will release the game without notice, so it's very likely to be an exclusive Epic Games Store exclusive to PC. However, Remedy will retain full ownership of the IP.
As part of the presentation, Remedy noted that Control had more than 10 million players to date. Remedy too he reiterated that the development of its four-player cooperative game set in the Control universe was advancing and that "a future control game with a larger budget" was in the "initial design phase".
