Call of duty: warzone gets a new map this year

Call of Duty: Warzone gets a new map this year. For its sound, this will not be another reworking of Verdansk, but a completely new region to tour. That’s pretty much all we know about the map based on a press conference focused primarily on the new Call of Duty: Vanguard, but recent reports may give us a better idea of what to expect.

According to a report by VGC as of June, Warzone's new map is based on Vanguard and will be "the largest and most ambitious map in the series to date."

Given all the details now confirmed, the report is correct, including the entire Vanguard premise, it seems likely that a World War II thematic map will appear. Similar to Warzone 's change in the 1980s the old Verdansk was stopped, VGC says Warzone "will officially make the transition to a World War II setup" when the Vanguard map comes out.

If the rest of VGC’s history proves to be accurate, we can also expect a Pacific theater stage (one of Vanguard’s main characters to be fought in Midway) and new vehicles to coincide with the time period.

The report also says that the new Warzone map is scheduled to be released alongside Vanguard itself (which we now know is coming on November 5). Activision did not get this specific information in its briefing, which suggested to me that the map could be rolled back a few weeks or months.
