In 2019, Konami launched the Castlevania Anniversary Collection, which collected eight of Castlevania’s classic games and made them available again, included on PC. It didn’t include all the fan favorites, though, like Rondo of Blood or its Symphony of the Night sequel. News of a new collection, which has not yet been announced by Konami, has been leaked through Australian Classification Board. On June 18, the Castlevania Advance Collection was rated M for "Fantastic Violence" in Australia.
The name suggests that it is a package containing the Castlevania games released in GameBoy Advance: Circle of the Moon in 2001, Harmony of Dissonance in 2002 and Aria of Sorrow in 2003. So no, it looks like the Symphony of the night will be set aside again. Sorry.
The Castlevania Advance Collection rating describes it as a "Multiple Platform", so the PC version is not yet confirmed, but since the Castlevania Anniversary Collection came to Steam it is a fair assumption that this does the same.
Meanwhile, Netflix is working on a new Castlevania series now that the popular animated show is in its fourth season.
