Dark alliance will get a split screen co-op after launch

As a sequel to two great local co-op games: Baldur & # 39; s Gate: Dark Alliance 1 and 2, it was a bit strange to see that the third game, simply titled Dark Alliance, would not feature a local multiplayer option. If you played the first two games of the day, you would probably play them with a friend, running around killing rats and marveling at the stunning water. The original game was recently reissued on consoles, although it won't hit PCs until later this year.

I found it a little strange that the Dark Alliance co-op was only online, but luckily that will change shortly after launch. As announced in a developer stream, and again on Twitter, Dark Alliance will get local cooperation or "couch" in the end.

"Following the release of Dark Alliance, our top priority is to support the 2-player split-screen sofa co-op for Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 5 and PC. We're working to get it ready for our first free DLC this summer, "the tweet says.

Dark Alliance is set to release on June 22, in a few weeks. It is set in the winter D&D Icewind Dale region, which you may have found in … Icewind Dale and its aftermath. This is a more action-oriented game Fraser described it as "D&D for the impatient."
