The public will get another practice with Diablo 2: Resurrected next Friday, with August 20 marking the arrival of the Public Open Beta weekend. This event is open to everyone on all platforms, but if you pre-order the game, you can play this week from August 13th.

Like the previous alpha technique, the open beta will be limited to the first two acts, but there is no level limit, so you can make your way to extreme power. Five of the seven full-game classes will be available to play, including Paladin, Druid, Barbarian, Amazon, and Witch. Multiplayer will be enabled, supporting up to eight players in cooperative or PvP play.

If you are one of the players eligible to participate in the Early Access weekend (that is, if you have pre-ordered the game), your progress will continue in the next open beta weekend.

The Early Access weekend begins on August 13 at 10 a.m. PDT / 1 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. BST / 3 p.m. AEST. The Open Beta weekend begins on August 20 at the same time. The Open Beta weekend will last three days.
