Bethesda today released its 28th Fallout 76 update with Steel Reign, ending the Brotherhood of Steel plot and introducing legendary craftsmanship.
It's a decent sized update, with plenty to decompress here. The Steel Reign search line closes the arc of the Steel Brotherhood, and the story continues based on the decisions made during Steel Dawn. You can take on new missions as long as you are at least level 20 and have completed the "Best Defense" quest.
The game also introduces a legendary crafting system, which allows you to update regular items on legendary items or re-launch statistics on existing legends. You can also use it to update or downgrade the star rating of your legendary items. If you use a legendary top star update, this item will collapse and re-launch attributes, while lower star updates will override it with rolled attributes. Bethesda has also introduced some new attributes, along with deleting and deleting some others.
Update 28 is here. Immerse yourself in the conclusion of the story of Brotherhood of Steel, Legendary Items and K.D. Inkwell's return to the fifth season of # Fallout76. Check out the patch notes here: https://t.co/r2PLy0ZSlq pic.twitter.com/4XHGCW5YGdJuly 7, 2021
K.D. Inkwell is also retracing its steps through the Steel Dawn update. This time, he’s tasked with escaping a strange and messy future, where dolphin-human hybrids are turning the few humans left into brainless sloths, it seems. There are 100 ranks to climb, with rewards to grab along the way.
The new Minerva vendor arrives, which will be present during the Minerva & # 39; s Emporium and Minerva & # 39; s Big Sale events. The first will run from Monday to Wednesday, while the big sale will be from Thursday to Monday. You will have objects that rotate regularly, which you can pick up in exchange for gold bars.
Bethesda has also raised the limit on portfolio currencies, raising the cap from 30,000 to 40,000. The daily gold bar vendor limit has doubled to 400, and the player limit has been doubled to 10,000. The daily limit of Scrip vendors has risen to 300, and players can now carry up to 5,000. New rewards for meat week have been introduced in August and an increase in C.A.M.P slots and S.P.E.C.I.A.L. loads. As always, a package of errors has also been crushed.
The size of the update varies slightly depending on where you downloaded the game. Bethesda.net get one 8.7 GB update, Microsoft Store the players get stronger 15.9 GB update while Steam users will have a 7.1 GB update. You can check out the full notes on the patch on the Fallout website. However, this is not content in 2021 – there is still more to come by the end of this year’s Bethesda Roadmap for Gaming.
