In a show of camaraderie for playmates and graphic fidelity nerds, Technical energy has intervened to host an Nvidia DLSS client library repository. This means an easy and safe download for anyone who wants to change the DLSS library file to another version.
The ability to enter files from a selected game and replace the DLSS library with another allows you to easily change feature sets for the quality and performance you want. Ideal for comparing or just going back to a version that works best with a different game. Unfortunately, where different versions of DLSS software were shared on the Internet before that, there was the possibility of opening up to hackers and their malware.
Techpowerup comes with a solution: host the file repositories somewhere users can trust, so no one has to resort to the bad treatment of the alley. At the time of writing, the site had accumulated 23 verified versions of DLSS and is requesting submissions to help grow the collection.
There were some concerns in the comments section about this illicit activity, with a comment asking, "Isn't licensed code redistributed illegally?" To which editor and senior moderator btarunr he simply replied, "We don't distribute code."
Here it is: a completely legal, virus-free repository for many versions of Nvidia DLSS. Congratulations to the Techpowerup team for making this happen.
