If you want to do a little Bethesda cosplay in Fallout 4 or just want to look like a complete badass, you can now rip yourself through the Commonweath Doomguy costume. Of course.
I guess we’re actually supposed to call it The Slayer or Doom Slayer these days, but for me it’s always been Doomguy, and this Doom Guy armor set by modder AthenaX it looks fantastic, especially when combined with a large shotgun. Those mole rats won’t know what touched them.
Now, you may remember that there is already a Doomguy Armor mod for Fallout 4 using the Creation Club. But if you look at the Creation Club version (here are a couple of pictures) and the AthenaX version, I think it's pretty clear which one looks worse. Frankly, it’s not even close.
In addition, the AthenaX version is free at Nexus Mods. No other modifications are required to use Doomguy Armor, although there are some suggested ones, such as High heel system mod that will prevent Doomguy’s boots from sticking (slightly) to the floor. To access the armor once the mod is installed, you can create it piece by piece in your workbench: it is comparable to the vanilla combat armor and has a light, medium and heavy version .
