Here is a powerful asus rog laptop with ryzen 9 5900hx and rx 6800m for $ 1,500

The best value-for-money machines in the territory of gaming laptops are being configured to be systems built around AMD hardware. Note that the "value" is also not code for the low range. One more proof of this can be seen in the Asus ROG G15 Advantage Edition, which is on sale at Best Buy for $ 1,499.99.

It's $ 150 off its PVP, and even at all costs, this laptop catches my eye. Choose where you want to start. The screen? It is a 15.6-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1920×1080, a response time of 3 ms and a refresh rate of 300Hz that causes a whiplash.

This laptop combines one of AMD’s fastest mobile processors with its superior mobile GPU to take advantage of the 300Hz screen for smooth gaming and 1080p butter. The value proposition is strong with this agreement. See offer

The refresh rate is about twice that Razer Blade 14 that we like so much. To help you take advantage of it, Asus equips this configuration with a Ryzen 9 5900HX processor and a Radeon RX 6800M GPU, which are good places to start the discussion on this laptop as well.

These parts are located at the top or top of their respective formations. Starting with the CPU, it is an 8-wire 16-wire chip based on AMD's Zen 3 architecture. It has a 3.3 GHz base clock, up to a 4.6 GHz magnification clock and 16 MB of L3 cache. Only the 5980HS and 5980HX are faster on AMD's mobile line: they have the same core and thread count, but a maximum clock at 4.8 GHz.

The Radeon RX 6800M, meanwhile, is AMD's premier mobile GPU. Based on the company’s new RDNA 2 architecture, it features 40 computing units and 2,560 flow processors, to deliver up to 23.55 TFLOP of medium-precision computing performance. It also has 12GB of GDDR6 memory tied to a 192-bit memory bus and 96MB of infinite cache.

Simply put, it’s a fast GPU for high-end gaming. We still have to test a laptop built around 6800M, but according to AMD, it can reach north of 120 frames per second in a lot of games at 1440p. And when it comes to taking advantage of the 300Hz refresh rate, AMD's own benchmarks claim that it can reach 294 fps in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, 318 fps in Rainbow Six Siege and 417 fps in Valorant , to name a few.

Please note that these claimed figures are at 1440p. This laptop has a 1080p panel, less demanding with the GPU.

In short, the G15 as configured here should be able to experience high-end gaming at an attractive price.
