CD Projekt Red has revealed the full patch notes for the next patch 1.3 of Cyberpunk 2077, as well as the details about the free DLC included with the update, which despite costing nothing has not made a very positive impression on some players.

These new DLCs include two new jackets for V, an alternate look for Johnny Silverhand, and a new vehicle, Archer Quartz Bandit, that can be purchased or earned as a reward.

Perhaps perceiving dissatisfaction with the state of affairs eight months after the release of Cyberpunk 2077, Tost also left out some "wise developer tips" about the difficulty of updating large, interconnected games like this.

"People don't seem to be aware of how difficult it is to create patches for a game that has already been released," he said. "It's a process that has a lot of 'problems' with existing systems. Some fans expressed their support for the developers working on the game; a redditor named wobmaster said CD Projekt should have set aside the patch notes and move on, because "anything but" we've completely fixed the game and here you have a couple of hours of DLC "would always be disappointing," but as an effort to win players over, neither the patch nor the CD Projekt presentation made a good impression.

Cyberpunk 2077 was released long before it was finished and some patches, even large ones, will not result in a finished game, which could still be a couple of years away.
