Snoop Dogg’s Twitch Currents are a fever dream. They never quite come together, though I guess no one expects the currents of a stoner over the age of 49 to be technologically flawless. But somehow, for some reason, the rapper has managed to completely silence himself and his audio over the past six days, and he seems to have no idea he did.
All of Snoop's last six streams have been silent, but that hasn't stopped between 5,000 and 48,000 people from tuning in to see him play inaudibly Madden while he had a few. People have tried to let him know that he is silent, but there is a small problem. Snoop’s Twitch chat is only emotional, meaning people trying to help him cryptically convey the problem through a series of emojis, which somehow makes everything even more fun.
It doesn't seem to have scared him, which has led some to wonder if he did it on purpose. There doesn’t seem to be a good reason why you would, but you’ll probably never find out unless someone can ask you the question artistically through Twitch’s emotions.
It’s not the first time Snoop’s streams have been a little … different. Not to mention earlier this year, when he did a pretty bad case of player rage while playing Madden 21. It caused Snoop to drop the controller and walk away from the game and its flow, but still let the whole thing run for another seven hours. He has also been accused of not actually playing all the games he played in streaming, with someone pointing out that once ignited a joint with both hands during a sponsored flow even though his character was moving.
