The Mass Effect editing community has been working hard on a set of tools for the Legendary Edition, expanding the extent to which modders can get into the alteration of the BioWare RPG trilogy. This set of tools, called Legendary explorer, has just reached the public beta. Like the Twitter account @MassEffectMods says, "If you're a mod user, notice that you'll soon start seeing DLC modifications of appropriate package files appear on the Nexus."
While this isn’t the full and final version of Legendary Explorer, and it’s “NOT YET STABLE,” as the Twitter account warns, a review of newer versions of Nexusmods shows they’re already taking modders (some of whom had pre-version access). advantage of this.
See the DLC time Mod, which delays Mass Effect 2 DLC missions, so they are not available until it makes sense for them to appear or Remember Conrad Verner, which corrects the mistake that prevented Shepard fan Conrad from remembering that you made the Paragon choice when dealing with him in the first game (BioWare gave a dialogue to ME3 to explain the her memory lapse, which is probably why the Legendary Edition didn’t fix her). Both are the work of Khaar Machinima, and require the Mass Effect Mod Manager.
And yes, there are also modifications to change the camera angles to Mass Effect 2 and 3, so they re-focus on Miranda’s back during her dialogue scenes. Like the file description Miranda Butthsots restored mod says, "Now you can enjoy the rear view of this woman as she talks about extremely sad and serious things, just like before."
