These illustrative cake designs for the new GeForce RTX 3060 models from iGame Bilibili E-sports overclocked are totally lush. And being a limited edition in a world where most GPUs already have a limited supply, makes them a commodity. But it's not just the winning aesthetic that will make them so sought after. It’s also a modder’s dream.
The design comes from a partnership between Bilibili E-sports and Colorful’s own iGame brand, which gave birth to this beautiful, small double-fan masterpiece. The new design includes advanced cooling that includes four 6mm heat pipes with direct contact, a nickel-plated copper base and 90mm double axial fans on opposite sides.
What's exciting about modders, though, is that this is the first card of its kind to include a magnetic backplane design for easy customization. Double-sided conductive tapes are no longer needed for anyone wrapping one of these babies.
And this little monster comes with 3,584 CUDA cores, with a base clock of 1,777 MHz and rises of up to 1,822 MHz.
If the numbers are correct, this would place their basic clock speeds in line with the Zotac Twin Edge GeForce RTX 3060 boost numbers, so this quirky OC model certainly has a bit of power under all this modular goodness and illustrative.
The Colorful iGame GeForce RTX 3060 bilibili E-sports Edition (what a mouthful) measures 300 mm x 134 mm x 45 mm and comes with three DisplayPort outputs and an HDMI port. It all starts at $ 839, which is about twice the MSRP of MSI’s GeForce RTX 3060 Ventus model.
That’s already a lot for an RTX 3060, so who knows how much you’ll end up earning in the reseller market.
